Lead times

Many items in our collection are made to order in our New Zealand atelier and our jewellers require time to create your special piece.

Solid gold and sterling silver items will take 3 weeks. For gold and silver items with set stones, add a week. For gold plated items, add an additional 1-2 weeks.

Shipping

We aim to dispatch all in-stock items from our New Zealand headquarters within 2 working days.

If your item is not in stock, it will be made to order according to the lead times quoted above.

We offer free shipping over NZ$1,000.00 and track all deliveries.

All orders to destinations outside New Zealand are sent on a DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) basis, meaning you are responsible for paying all relevant import taxes and duties.

Returns

We must be contacted within 24 hours of an online purchase if you wish to make any changes to your order.

We only accept returns for items purchased from Meadowlark directly.

Any item to be returned or exchanged must be postmarked within 7 days of receiving your order.

Please ensure the item is exactly as you received it (i.e., unworn and in original packaging).

Unless your item is damaged; defective; or not as specified in your order, you are responsible for the cost of returning the item.

If your item was faulty or incorrect, the cost of return postage will be refunded to you.

Refunds will not be given if the item has been damaged by you, this includes damage caused by inadequate packaging by you when returning the item.
